I just bought a Bolex H16 Supreme camera, and I have no interest of shooting S16 with it, but I didn't realize it would be difficult to get double perf film. So I was wondering if it would be problematic to film with single perf film even though it leaves a little groove on the side of the film. Will this ruin my image, or will the image be safe due to its size? Will this ruin my camera, putting unnecessary stress on the claw? Would there be an easy way to remove one set of claws?

Thanks for you help.

You will need to have the double-toothed film sprockets converted to single-tooth. Ask your local tech. It shouldn't cost too much.

Cheers, Bernie.
