pmw ex3 to aaton unversal lens mount

Hi I'm Final year student I will shoot my final project on pmw ex3.I got access to The Cooke Kinetal 16mm Prime Lenses so I thought I could combine two elements to get nice set up unfortunately Cooke are factory made for Aaton universal mount and I'm looking for solution as making Converter for it can cost a lot.Can any one got experience or know place where I can buy such converter.All good advices welcome.

I didn't know Aaton made a universal mount, only their own, which you could get adapters for Arri bayonet or Nikon. There was a universal mount that was used on a number of lenses, for example Optex modified Canon telephoto lenses. The actual camera mount was screwed onto this.
