I have a Leicina Super and the drive mechanism goes slower and slower as though the batteries are dead - they're not. Zoom works fine. Anyone know where or how to fix it? I'm in the UK

Sounds like a classic age thing of mechanical cameras. Solustion is cleaning and new lubrication. The oil got sticky and that slows down the mechanism. Do it soon. Don't let the motor overheat.
I don't know about service in the U.K. but in Germany there are quite some companies repairing stuff. Example.
