You can certainly get a lens shop to take the Eclair mount off the lens and put an Arri mount on it. CA-1 wasn't a particularly good mount, they kept coming loose. Most of the NPR's I've used had been converted to Arri standard mount, like 40+ years ago.

Some Angenieux 12-120mm zooms in Cameflex mount were actually Arri standard mounts with a removable Cameflex adapter fitted.

Cheers,

It isn't going to be feasible: The diameter of the Eclair CA-1 lens mount is 46mm, whilst the diameter of the Arri mount on the camera is 41mm. Add to this the FFD for the CA-1 lens is 48mm, compared to the 52mm of Arri. An adapter would have to feature negative thickness and negative depth. Whilst the latter might be possible, the former certainly isn't!

You should be able to get an adapter to use an Arri lens on a camera with an Eclair mount, but you won't be able to do it the other way around. If you're lucky it may be possible to get the lens mount altered from CA-1 to Arri Std. It might be worth contacting somebody like Les Bosher to discuss the possibilities?
