Leitz Cinegon ring diaphragms

I have a 10 mm Leitz Cinegon whose ring diaphragms runs too freely (for my taste).

Would you have an idea to make the rotation of the ring closest to the usual (rotation and notched graduated)?

You could have the aperture setting ring re-lubricated with a heavier damping grease by a camera tech.
As for the clicks, modification could be possible depending on the design.

I surrounded the ring with a seal rubber plumbing. It brakes the ring. Disadvantage: I do not see the aperture values​​. I need a transparent silicone bracelet…
