Red & anamorphic lense

I have to use anamorphic lense on red camera....can somebody tell me if there is any thing more to do beside setting aspect ratio in camera....

From my experience You can go for a lower compression rate since output material isn't 5K FF. I was recently using Cooke Xtal lenses on epic with 6:1 compression rate, and the results were outstanding :)
