My Arri s just stopped working the other day... I pulled out the motor and it run fine strait off the battery. In side the camera the positive contact reads 12.7 v when on. I can only assume there is a grounding issue. There is also a dead ended black wire down there.. does any one know off a good teardown link or and exploded view of the wiring in there. Thanks

Have you tried inching the camera to make sure the problem isn't mechanical?

After giving up for the night I put the motor back in and it decided to work, I can only assume that ground wire made contact with motor. I don't feel confident that it fixed for good. Id still love to know where that little black wire is suppose to go.
