Advice Needed!

We are shooting a super low budget music video. It's a dance/club track. We already have footage of the lead vocalist singing outside in the city at night, and it actually turned out great because we found a perfect location. Now we need stuff to cut to to keep it visually interesting so you aren't looking at her the whole time. Is there an easy way to get footage I can legally use of downtown Dallas (or any major city) or perhaps club shots? Is there a site with either public domain skyline HD footage of big cities or clubs, or perhaps HD footage that is cheap to buy the rights to? Please help. Thanks in advance.

The term for that is "stock footage." There are loads of firms that specialize in licensing stock footage.
