Using green lighting for blue effect

I noticed that this cinematographer used green lighting for the performance scenes of this video but in the final cut and what appeared on the monitor was blue lighting. How did he accomplish this effect?

Does the green lighting have a special effect after processing it?

It's still greenish lighting on the monitor, but the monitor is daylight-balanced and the cameras shooting the monitor is tungsten-balanced, so it's adding blue to the green, creating cyan. Now whether they left that much green in the final timing is unclear.

I shot this video, I used Blue gel on some of it and I change the color temperature of the camera to enhance it further so the LUT has a good reference of what the final would look like- Heres the final video-
