Lighting a Bar

Hi I am very new here I just want to ask, I am setting up a bar scene performance on the stage very minimal lighting.
my question is, How many lights I can use in the bar I am not using any power source just the bar's wall power outlet, how many lights I can use
I have available 3 red heads an 1 kino flo 4 banks. last time i lit a scene I accidentally blew the building electric room, I dont want to happen again, please help

Watts=VoltsxAmps


Now, in the US you have 120Volts and most circuits are either 15 or 20 amp in a residential area. Now time for math:

Watts=100 Volts (round down for safety called paper amps)X 15 Amps

1500Watts=100Voltsx15 amps


Therefor you can plug in 1500 watts overall PER CIRCUIT in a typical residence with 15A breakers.
If you have 20A breakers it would be 2000Watts overall...

Now, remember, that's for the whole circuit, so you have to also take into account anything else plugged into that circuit (such as overhead lights, a fridge, computer, tv, ect).
