Hello,

I looking for a small parts machine shop that could possibly re-tap a screw hole on a film camera part. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Sure... I located outside of Washington DC in Laurel Maryland.. just south of Baltimore. No problem for me to send it anywhere in the US.

If that's all you need, try Craig's list -- you might find a retired machinist with a few tools in the garage who'd do it for a six pack.
