My parents had some of their Super8 rolls transferred to High Def by CVSprofessionals (they can only transfer reversal stock) and not long ago I added music. I think it is amazing how good Super8 footage can look despite having been shot in decades past.

And for the love of God, can someone PLEASE point me to a post that explains how to embed video? I have never been able to figure it out and am tired of feeling stupid.

Very nice!

Anyway, I bet that actually projected it does not look worse, but even more exciting. Try it out!

Too terrifying to do. Besides, my parents don't have a projector anymore and the cost of a new one will be the budget for the next batch of super8 footage that goes in. HD on their 72 inch Mitsubishi is pretty darned sweet. B)
