studying documentary film-making

iam planning to study documentary film-making,there are dozens of programs around europe and US,but i think studying this sort of film-making would be better in europe "spain or france maybe"...any advises??

It would depend on a number of things, principally where you reside now, whether you would be able to support yourself financially in another country, visa etc.
