Hy guys

I am glad that i found this website and ask for help! as often quite difficult to find clear answers through google. and my uni is not too helpful with anything experimental.

anyway, my question is: i would like to film a small part of a short film in a small studio. 1. i would like to use back projection and have the actor standing in front of the canvas. What are the techniques to do it, mostly in a reasonably small studio. How does lighting effects the projection, or if there is any tips on the lighting.

2. also referring to lighting in the studio. Trying to achieve a bluish colour but all will be shot with the Beta on vhs.

Please let me know if you have any advices on this or on the use of Beta.

cheers for that
