Hi everyone,

My channel just got 3 Panasonic P2HD's for our second studio. I was playing around with them earlier on today. I am just curious - have any of you guys used them/ What do you think about them?

Regards,

Andrea

I guess it depends on exactly what sort.

I used P2 exactly once shortly after it came out and wasn't that impressed, but that was years ago.

I started using P2 back in '06 with no issues, other than limited editing tools available at that time.

Avid Media Composer version 5 and above now plays much better with P2 media. Also believe it or not the latest version of Apple's FCPX import of P2 media is outstanding compared to some. Even allows you to play and mark in/out points prior to import.

What model camera's are they.
