Would like to recreate this look, what lens do you think this was shot with?

I'm assuming the props are normal scale...but what lens would this most likely be? I don't know much about big film camera lenses, I'm mainly a photographer/videographer so the extent of my experience is shooting through 35mm Nikon lenses, either with an HD DSLR or a Letus 35mm adapter for my Panasonic HPX170. The main things I notice about this shot is the dof is not shallow, I'm guessing the lens must be longish, and not sure if macro would be a factor? In the 35mm lens world, how could I recreate this look?

I'm guessing something like this:

They probably used a ton of light on it to get the depth of field. Since there's no people involved, the heat would not be a problem.
