Greetings

I am looking to create a concept video for field lacrosse organization up here in ontario and I want to create a an simulated theme where the team playing on a foggy field and coming off the field tired, slow but victorious! My linki saw something like this and I was wondering if anyone could tell what the FPS and shutter speed were to catpure the smoke and make it look thick and slow

Greatly appreciated
