Hi all.

I'll be shooting a short film soon.
An need advice on rights related questions.

In my script there's a couple on a cafe, and their V.O. are the dialogues of this short. And i mentioned credit on the end.
But the passages and dialogues are from 2 books published more than a century ago, classic romances.

The passages are not clearly identified with names, characters or anything from the books. Except simple dialogues.

Anyway, I'd like to know if I would be able to make "fair use" of these passages, since they're not staging anything related to the matter of either book.

Any help or advice very much appreciated.
