Hi all,

I am a cinematography student at a film school in India. Can anybody tell me how the effect at 31:30mins into the film A prophet was achieved. It seems like a combination of shutter angle and fps manipulation with a little bit of post work too. Could anyone further elaborate on this as to more specifically the combination I should try out.

Thank You
