First Cinematography Reel

Hi all,

Ive finally got round to working on my first reel for Projects I've been dp'ing t uni nd now have it online. Im wondering if i could get some feedback on nothing at all? any criticism would be great.

Well done. My only critique is that you've got a lot of unlit eyes in there.

I'm normally telling people put their best stuff up front, but hey, hey you've done that here and clearly thought about things. Would be good tho if you could end on some zaz. Something for the final scene but it's much more important to get the good stuff up front!

I'd say it's a bit boring if I was looking to be harsh.

Theres also quite a lot in the reel that's really not that great but I'm assuming you don't have a lot else to put on the reel yet, so you definitely need to shoot a lot more. The reel goes downhill quite badly about halfway in, shortly after vampire boy appears if I remember.

It's a good start! Keep shooting!

I like the camera movement that is used in some of the shots, they seem to help give the shot a sense of purpose or narrative.
