Can someone recommend the correct gels to use to match Tungsten to Cool White Fluorescents?

Cool Whites vary from manufacturer to manufacturer so there would never be a perfect gel combination that works in all situations. Generally you'd add 3/4 Blue to a 3200K light to get near 4800K plus some Plus Green, in theory it would be Full Plus Green but today most Cool Whites have less green in them than they did 30 years ago, so I usually start with 1/2 Plus Green.

Some metal halide fixtures are even bluer than Cool Whites and have even less green in them.
