What are the options for Anamorphic 16mm?

Besides Hawks (can't afford to convert to Super16), using projection lenses and cropping, what options are there to achieve the anamorphic look on 16mm?

And, unrelated, how well would a standard Arri Kit (650w, 300w, 150w) appear on Kodak Vision3 500T 7219 at f2.8? And at f5.6?

(Thought I'd kill two birds with one stone.)

This movie has been shot on S16 format. I guess it has been cropped 2.35 in the DI post.

check it out, looks good. Its a low budget Indie film.
