I have a folder containing 400 JPEGs for assembling into a time lapse sequence. Although the stills are in the 16:9 aspect ratio, they do need a little bit of cropping on the bottom of the frame to improve the composition. Ive never done batch processing with Photoshop before. How would I go about it with version CS4? Whatever command I use for batch processing, should I apply / execute this command before or after I click 'Save'?
Batch processing with Photoshop?

Do you have After effects?
Photoshop:
File> Scripts> Image Processor
This will allow you to batch edited images to re-size, reformat and also apply actions to each JPEG, the action can be anything you want to make if you desire.
After Effects:
Easy import JPEG as a JPEG sequence. work away.
