Ok i was aiming for between 11.30-12.00
John - Ill prob head up a little earlier depending on what time the seminars start - was thinking 11am ish.

There are only 2 seminars i am really interested in one is at 16.45 the other 17.15 so i think i will stick to getting to Uxbridge about 12.00 -1300 now .
