Hi! I'm beginning shooting in a very cold and grey environment and I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how best to reflect this on screen, and tips on filters? Lenses? or anything else which may help achieve this look for the audience

Giving the image a blue cast has always been the classic way to achieve that.
