Minolta Flashmeter IV vs V

Is the Minolta Flashmeter V just as good for cine as the IV.

I was using a Seconic L-28-C2 (analogue) and a Pentax digital spotmeter. The Seconic is a bit fuzzy in very low light. I'm guessing the Minoltas will do that better. Any thoughts, tips.
