You need to use your actual name on this forum.

That's an amazing video!

I'm not sure what you mean by "ripple" but it sounds like you mean "strobing" which is like you get when shooting CRT TV screens and large LED (not OLED) screens.

Strobing has always been a problem with film and TV production. In a lot of cases they have find a way to replace the screen they want to shoot with an LCD panel, or just fake the TV picture in Post-Production. With CRT-type TVs they had to either use special video equipment that changes the video frame rate to match the camera frame rate, or run the camera at the video frame rate, and add the sound later.

OLED and Plasma screens have special problems because of the way they generate the images. In some cases, the only way to stop the strobing is to shoot on film, and even that doesn't always work.

Without knowing exactly how your LED screens display the image, it's hard  to predict how a camera will behave. What sort of camera are you using? An SLR used in the video mode, such as a Canon EOS will probably not work very well.

You could use a digital camera if it allows you to use a 360 degree shutter setting (not all of them do) and it it uses a CMOS sensor it must have a global shutter.

A RED camera with up-to-date software might to the job, but you really need to take one of your LED screens into a rental house and ask them if you can try some different cameras.
