Hey All;

someone got into my truck a few minutes ago and they snagged me light meter-- a Sekonic 758 Cine. It's in a Karu pouch with green gaff tape along the spo meter, and a tag on the back with my phone number ect. I doubt it'll turn up, but if anyone happens across it please let me know.  And yet again; they still left the radio. Go Figure.

I sympathise! Had the same thing happen to me last year. Only loading the truck from my house rather than viz a viz.

Hopefully you will find a new one for a good price! :)

If I only had a nickel for every time I ask production or locations to keep a PA by the vehicles. Teamsters and parking guys are not security.

 

Wait until a camera package gets stolen and then suddenly production finds money for a few security guys.

Aye; but even with a stolen camera, I betcha they justification is that the deductible for insurance is less than the cost of extra crew. Penny wise, Pound Foolish.

Been checking craigslist as I figure they'd probably put it there. The problem of ebay is it'll just show a stock photo i suppose.
