How do I achieve this Camera Angle?

I would like to achieve an over the bed shot with a slow dolly in. I attached the actual shot and provided a link to the behind the scene where they were using some sort of gripping device. Thanks for the help guys

It looks like the camera is mounted on the end of a jib arm of a crane. You could do it with an extension plus some risers of some sort mounted on dolly that allows jibbing up and down in shot.
