I'm wondering if anyone if aware whether the Schneider Optivaron 6-66mm 1.8 from Beaulieu 4008 ZM II Super 8 camera be used with standard C mount digital cameras without any lens mount modifications and whether it might have a vignetting effect on the image.

Sure, if the digital camera happens to have a S8mm sized sensor.

How about if it has a super 16 sensor? Will it then Vignette?

It certainly will vignette on a Super 16 size sensor.
