Hi.

I would like to make my movie with the budget I have, but in film making things can't b predicted. My humble request is any of u got any clue on how I can rise money if I couldn't complete it, I mean is there any film festivals or companies who encourage 'work in progress' movies Or funding for debutant directors or co producers If any, kindly send me the link.

Thanks in advance
Shiva

There are festivals that accept 'works-in-progress' for an initial submission but usually they want the finished product screened at the festival (provided it is chosen as an official selection.)

Financing is totally different.  Your issue sounds perfect for Idiegogo or Kickstarter.
