I sent my Nikon R8 for service to Mr Willard last year november… From april I did not get any aswer from him… I am really worried about my camera. could call anybody him and ask where is my Nikon R8???
My english is not enough for a phone call…

Here is the last email from MR Willard:
I have discovered what the problem is. That camera was sent to me by a lady that you bought it from. Somehow it got attached to her name and was waiting on the shelf for approval UNDER HER NAME. I am so sorry. I have moved it to the front of the stack and given it priority.
Need some help in USA!

You suppose somebody is just going to call on your behalf? And that Willard will discuss a customer's camera with a third party?
Just write a letter on paper and ask for the bill and the return.
Or just buy another from Europe. These R8 really don't cost that much and for the shipping and duties you can have a replacement.
