Hi .. im thinking of getting this lens for my Super 16 camera to shoot some surfing .. will this lens be 180mm in a super 16? or will it double the size since its a 35mm lens ?

Is this a sharp lens ?

It will still be a 180mm lens, the only difference is a 180mm lens on S16mm has a smaller FoV (3.8 degree according to my calculator http://www.abelcine.com/fov/) which means in essence that if you were trying to match it on 35mm, then you'd need a 374mm lens.  I can't speak to the lens sharpness though it should be fine for your needs considering your real limiting factor on sharpness is the S16mm film.
