ARRI BL 4 PROBLEM WITH EXTENDER VIEWFINDER

Hello, i recentlly buy a arri bl 4 camera , view from viewfinder is perfect but when i install the extender viewfinder the picture are reversed up to down, all looks that are in good condition, i need to make any change on the extender viewfinder to solve these problem?

Hi Martin,

yes whenever you fit an extension viewfinder the image will be upside down, you need to rotate the image back to upright.

Depending on the viewfinder you have, some have a knob near the elbow that you turn, some have a button that you hold in while you swivel the viewfinder arm through 180 degrees, then release the button so the prism clicks in to place.

When you go back to the short eyepiece you need to rotate the image back again.
