Hello I'm a student on a budget building a rig for my blackmagic pocket cam. I'm interested in purchasing and lcd/evf for shooting hand held on a shoulder mount with the blackmagic pocket.

I have found only a few off brand hdmi evfs and I am looking into the Cowboy Studio EVF (see link below).

(http://www.amazon.co...s=feelworld evf)

Has anyone tested this with the Blackmagic Pocket Camera? If so how well does it work?

Thanks.

Doesn't work. Doesn't accept the HDMI Out of the BM. Your best bet is going to be a SmallHD DP4.

Thanks.

EVFs aside what are some cheap monitoring solutions that work with the pocket.

The cheapest i've seen/used are the smallHDs; aside from that not sure.
