Hi,

 

I'm looking for a 400' mag for a Arri 35 2C, and I just had a thought: is a 435 400' mag by any chance compatible with older Arriflexes like 35-iii and 35-ii?

Yes, a 400' 435 mag manufactured in 2000 will work with a 1940s Arri 35, and every other 35mm Arri MOS camera in between including a 2C. Unheard of in the modern camera landscape.

Look for the most recent mags you can find and have them serviced by a qualified tech while you can...film techs are retiring fast!
