Help with this piece of Grip

Hi, first time posting here, hopefully many more to come. 

 

Can someone help me find this piece of grip. 

Its like a grip bracket, similar to those used for C-stand, but this was being 

used to support a camera and had two metal rods going through it, as you 

can see in the picture

Looks like an upright flag arm with two grip heads attached to it.
