Hello guys,

Lately I noticed this type of lighting setup in different music videos, and I was wondering if some one can help me to get more details or make a similar set up for my videos .. are those simple neon lamps ? o tubes ? led ? and is there is an electronic trick to avoid neon flicker and have a static continuous lighting .. please if you have any suggestions or advices just let me know .. Thanks a lot and here are the samples
