I've been looking for a C-Mount - M42 x 1.0 Lens Adapter so I can use a Pan-Cinor lens on my Krasnogorsk K-3. The only one I've found is at http://www.edmundoptics.comfor $50 + Shipping, which in the realm of lens adapters seems a little steep to me. Is there anyone who knows of a cheaper option to exist?

Thanks.

If you had one of these in mind

http://www.ebay.co.u...=item1c2053e2e3

presumably you're aware that the adapter you need goes the other way, C-mount up to m42 with an optical element, not vice-versa. M42 FFD is much longer than C-mount.

That makes sense. I thought it was just a ring as opposed to ring + lens element. Thanks for the response
