Van Diemen in the UK does a cine rehousing of the Iscorama 36 1.5x front anamorphic adapter: http://vandiemenbroa...9/Products/7235

It's about $3k if you supply the lens. It's supposed to be a stellar rehousing, but be prepared to wait a very, very long time for the work to be completed. I paid for mine and sent my lens in a year ago, and they are just now getting to work on it.

There are a few Van Diemen Mk1 rehousings for sale on eBay if you're in a hurry.
