looking for a shot sequence.

hi guys,
i am an animator also but i have a non direct animation question.
i am doing this sequence and looking for a good camera/ shots sequence reference. i am looking for movies (i saw a lot of them but don't remember whice movies), where we look at the character face using close up shot, and then suddenly the camera twist 180 and zoom out and we see that the character is hanged up side down, tied up/ hang up like a vampire shot/ spiderman shot. i am looking for a camera shooting sequence, to see how they build the tenstion till the revelation that we are upside down, fooling the audience. please help. don't know what to search in order to find it.....

Look at the movie "Savate".  Although shot in the US, it's directed by one of your countrymen: Isaac Florentine.
