As I surf the Internet quite a lot looking for inspiration and I come across old and new photographers, I thought I would open a thread where I could put them all and it might serve to somebody else too! :)

I will update it from time to time! :)

I forgot one of my favourite photographers of all times!

Philip Lorca Dicorcia

His series called "Hustlers" is out of this world and the book is a really really good edition :)

Miquel, these are great.  It's great to add new photographers to our visual vocabulary.

I particularly love Alex Webb and William Eggleston.

Phillip-Lorca diCorcia is pretty remarkable!

Bill, the very first time I went to MOMA there was a Helen Levitt exhibition and I was amazed by it!

Thanks for posting those three old ones! :)

Marcus, I knew Alex Webb, I didn't know William Eggleston and I'm glad you decided to share his website! He is great! :)

Philip Lorca Dicorcia is a character on his own! :)

The second link is a talk that Dicorcia gave in Alcobendas, Spain a while ago.. it is in Spanish but you can listen to Dicorcia in English before the girl translates his words :) Worth watching! :)

Thank you!!

No Ansel Adams so I will post the link to his work, which is remarkable!

My stills photography teacher (back in the day) made us read the three books the summer before we started the classes.. and they opened my eyes!

Ansel Adams nature photography was something I wanted to duplicate in projects.  Having spent a lot of time in the Sierras and Rockies as a boy, I see mountains and forests the way he does, though I certainly don't have anywhere his skill to capture those images.
