How to get EXIF data from video files?

Hello, wanted to know how can you extract the exif data from a video file (like MOV/MP4) the aperture and shutter and ISO data?

It depends on if the video files holds that metadata, not all formats do, especially the more consumer types of codec. What camera and codec are you using?

I don't know the camera codec.

what codec is on the canon cameras?

 

 

I want to know for canon 60D

and 5D mk3
