Hey guys,

Recently I just received my Ursa Mini 4k and love it! However theres the buzz on line about the new operating system. I myself was unable to get to NAB this year so thought I would start up this thread and see if anyone got the chance to mess around with it. Talk about what they liked and did not like. The features I have seen in videos from NAB about the new OS look like it takes the camera to a completely new level in terms of ease on set as well as give it some cool new features with LUT option.

Right now Black Magic Design say this will be a free update to all Ursa Mini owners and released later this year.........lets just hope "later this year" is not December 2016  :D

No offense to Blackmagic, but I'd take something as vague as 'later this year' to mean not later this year.
