how can I get a list of all the poffesional cameras and which codec they shoots?

Here is a good start, it's from 2014, but it's got almost all the high end cameras on it.

The second link allows you to enter the amount of your rental budget, and what format/technicalities you want to shoot on... It then finds the acceptable camera's for you.

Yes.... 'Codec details' is listed at the bottom for all the cameras on that website - at least the ones I viewed.

 

once you enter a budget and at least one option on that first page, it gives you many more options on the next page, allowing you to break down your selection by features, even by codec. If budget is not a concern, enter a large number on that first screen and it should give you a list of all the cameras.
