Looking for any tips on where to get the Aaton 35 III serviced.

Ablecine in Los Angeles are not servicing the camera anymore.

I talked to Bernie O'Doherty from Super16Inc and he said he could CLA the camera which is great but I don't think he has a lot of parts for the 35 cameras.

Please let me know if you know of any other places where to get service.

If you had to,  perhaps one could separate the issue into three aspects....the skills,  the special tools,  the parts.

The guy who serviced them at Abel may still be around.  If you could find him,  make friends and see if he still has access to the special tools.  Parts can come from anywhere,  as long as they exist.

Visual Products do not service the 35 III and they have no parts either.

What did Abelcine say? They don't service any Aatons or just that model.

Have you tried sending a camera to them? I was told by the guys at Abel, they are the only company with reliable Aaton parts in the US.

I asked specifically for the 35 III so I'm not 100% sure about the other models.

I spoke with a guy over at Visual Products yesterday and he said they didn't have parts and that they were not servicing the 35 III. He gave me other numbers to call, I'm checking and once I get something I'll post it here.
