Guys, greetings. Need some advice. Planning a shoot with an Alexa mini and Cooke 2x Anamorphics.
Is it possible to have a second unit A7S and use the same lenses and if so, how do I go about it? I assume there is no automatic de squeeze in the Sony?

Yes it is possible to use the same lenses. No there is no desqueeze on the A7s, and no real 4:3 mode either. If you have an external recorder like the 7q it will give you a better codec and anamorphic monitoring. Make sure to get a good e to pl mount adapter that can be shimmed, very important to have correct back focus with anamorphics.
