Where can I get a C mount adapter for a Angenieux 12 - 120mm lens? My adapter for a 9.5 - 95 won't fit like I'd hoped it would.
thanks

I'm not sure I understand the question - is your lens in another mount, like an Arri mount, and you want to change the mount to a "C" mount? Or maybe you have a Type A 12-120 with the built-in finder, and you need the silver "cup" to mate it to a C-mount camera?

Yes, it has the finder scope on it, too short, but that's another issue, and I need the "silver cup" which slips over the end and screws onto a C mount thread.

I know the piece that you mean - this might be a challenge to find. You might have some luck by contacting Whitehouse Audio-Visual, Visual Products, or another company that provides service for Angenieux lenses - they might have a spare, or a piece that has come off an unsalvageable lens.

Michael,
I have a spare c-mount cup that measures about 2.125" across the male lens threads which I think is the larger of the two finder cup mounts. Email me at bdiu@earthlink if it is what you are looking for.
Cheers,
Marc

That email didn't go out.
The part that is important is the notch for the side finder which must be 26mm wide appx..
Measure some other parts and let me know.
