Flat base tripod head

I have an old Gitzo tripod , which is steady as a rock and more easily baggable than my ronford legs. Are there any flat base video heads ( 3/8th fitting) with built in levelling that would suit?

How old is it?  Some of the Gitzos have a replaceable base that can be replaced with a bowl. (called the systematic bowl adapter)  

Otherwise get a Manfrotto 438 leveling base and fit a flat base head to it (the half ball is removeable from many Manfrotto heads ).  What weight camera rig?

What weight do you want it to handle? I have a Gitzo 3530LSV and had changed it to flat using the adapter. For small jobs I have a manfrotto 501 HDV head. It is not real fluid head. You can also use a Sachtler FSB 8 head which can be made flat.
