Hi, I've been able to hunt down some great tutorial type information for working with the Sony PD-170. I'm wondering, however, if anybody out there knows of people who gives classes on the ins and outs of operating the camera. There is a woman in London who does this, Christina Fox, but I am looking for someone state side, preferably on the east coast. Many thanks.

I'm an East Coast PD170 user. Fire an email to me and we'll see what we can come up with. If there are any specific areas you need help with, be sure to include that.

First just sit down with your camera and work your way through all the menus. See if you can figure out what they do. Read the manual.
